Overall Impression
Sea-Teacher Program is really helpful to those students who wants to experience new adventures and cultures. It give students opportunity to learn new things and try it. This program exposed us how globalization work and gaining partnerships with others. This improves our communication skills and social skills. It boosts our confidence and build camaraderie with other people with other culture and religion.
Suggestions for future improvement:
1. There must be enough information given before a student enters this program.
2. Providing information to the assigned school (e.g. curriculum used, methodologies, schedules) to have brief profile background of the school.
3. One month is not enough, make it 2-3 months in order for the students to be exposed more on other teaching practices and to gain more meaningful experiences and meet new friends.
